SCRAPFEST Giveaway in Store!

We are excited to be attending our very first Scrapfest this October 15th and 16th in Oshawa. To celebrate, we are running a 2 week Giveaway Promotion in store starting today. Here’s how it will work:

Each purchase of $40.00 or more of regular price merchandise (before taxes and excluding class fees, class kits, gift certificates, crops fees and items on hold or order) will earn you one ballot into our giveaway of 5 prizes.

Limit of one ballot per customer per day.
Draw will take place on Sat. Oct. 9th at 4pm.

Store Hours This Holiday Weekend

Final Summer Kids Class

Tomorrow is our final summer kids class. We will be creating a mini matchbook album and matching bookmark. Children ages 8 and up are welcome to attend on their own, and youngers ones with a parent! Cost is just $15.00 and includes all supplies. Pictures are not required and can be added later. Please call the store or email me to register by 4pm today.

I’m Baaaacccckkkkk …again!!

I’m sure you are thinking I must be a very busy, important person to not have updated my blog for over a month AGAIN!!!!!!!!! Well, I’m not so sure about the important part but I sure have been busy!!!!!

As many of you know John and I packed up the house and the kids and moved on up the hill so to speak! I’ve come to several conclusions based on this move:

1. It is just as much work to move 8 blocks away as it is to move across the country.

2. One of THE best benefits that government employees have (as opposed to us accountants and scrapbook store owners) is people to pack, move and unpack their belongings.

3. We have WAY too much stuff!!!!!!!!

4. Builders need to make stairways to finished basements MUCH LARGER and STRAIGHT DOWN with no turns, so that we can actually get our furniture down there.

and FINALLY….

5. I am NEVER moving AGAIN!
