We still have a couple spaces in our Friday night Pizza and Pop Crop tomorrow from 6-midnight!   You do need to pay in advance so please call the store with a cc number or drop by and pay in person!   Tracy will be your hostess for the evening, so it’s bound to be a hoot!!!

For those of you who put items into our yard sale….your credits are now tallied and ready to be SPENT!!!!  It will be a couple days however, before leftovers items can be picked up, as they are all still in one big box and need to be sorted!  You may pick them up beginning Monday April 28 thru Friday May 2nd.  Anything left after that will be donated to children’s scrapbooking clubs at local schools.

Well, we are back from our Wesley Acres weekend retreat!  What a great time we had!!!!  This was our largest event yet, with 57 women attending, plus myself and of course John!  (what a lucky guy eh….getting to spend 48 hours with THAT many women all to himself!!)  We had beautiful weather, delicious meals, fun games, awesome prizes, and MANY, MANY laughs!  The creative inspiration gained from just wandering through out the room and admiring everyone’s layouts was amazing!  I will be posting some pictures on our website soon, so watch for them!   Thanks to all of you who joined us for the wonderful weekend!  We hope to see you for our  fall retreat!   Thanks also to my “go-to” girls and all those who helped us with the setup/take down of the store, and for keeping things running smoothly!  Special thanks to those of you who helped us raise $750.00 for the North York Women’s Shelter!!  And thanks Tiffany (and Amy in abstentia) for bringing along all the toys and running the auction!)

Well, the store is about half way back together!!!!  I will be back at it again tomorrow!!!

Until then, I think i will go and try to catch up on my sleep:)

Good morning, and what a beautiful morning it is!  The week is suppose to get nicer with each passing day!  Great news for those attending our spring retreat this weekend!  I can’t believe the time is almost here!  Seems like we just had our winter retreat!!! 

Anyhow, just wanted to let you know we still have 1 kit left for sale in our April Get Scrappin’ Layout Challenge!  This month we are featuring the beautiful Imaginisce “For Peeps Sake” Line of glitter papers!!  This would be perfect for those Easter Pictures you are already to scrap, right?!  We only created 8 of these kits so your chance to win our $20.00 Gift Certificate is even greater this month!  So come on, take the challenge, and “GET SCRAPPIN”!

We had a sensational garage sale at the store on Saturday!  There were over 20 crazy scrappers lined up outside when I opened the doors at 10am!   They got some fantastic deals and those who put items into the sale will be getting some fantastic credits to spend in the store!!!!  Our shoppers also enjoyed great savings in the store, as we had all regular priced merchandise on sale at 30% off and all our sale merchandise at 50% off!

The remaining yard sale items will be offered for sale at our spring retreat which starts this Friday!  Credits will available for use beginning Wednesday April 23rd!

We have decided to make a change to our NSD All Day Crop being held on Sat. May 3rd at Ebenezer Christian Reformed Church. 

The event will now be run from 9am until 5pm ONLY.   Therefore, we have reduced the price to $40.00, which will still include refreshments, lunch, goody bags, prizes and FUN! 

Just a quick reminder that our annual Spring Garage Sale takes place this Saturday the 12th from 10am until 4pm.   Please remember we only accept CASH for garage sale items, so be sure to hit the bank machine before you come up!  This day will be VERY BUSY, so please, be prepared for a crowd, and to WAIT….as checkout is a very manual process for this event!!!  We have lots of great items that have been brought in, so it is going to a very successful day for buyers and sellers alike!

See you then!  Oh, and don’t forget, I will be running a sale on all regular priced store merchandise as well!!!!

Yep, I know, I’m behind in my blogging…again!  Payton and I had a great time in Ottawa seeing Avril in concert!  That girl really knows how to rock!  LOL!  We also did some shopping and had a great visit with my aunt and my long lost friend Luisa and her kids!   (thanks again for the delicious dinner!)
