Don’t forget about our upcoming garage sale on Saturday November 22nd. If you wish to put items in the sale, just call us for a registration number! You must package your items, mark with your reg. number and price. Items should be dropped off at the store by Wed. November 20th. You will receive the value of good solds in a Scrapbooks and Smiles Store Gift Certificate. This is a great opportunity to clean out your stash and get rid of what you will never use! Anything scrappin or stampin related can be sold! We have an amazing turnout for this sale and in the past some of our sellers have made upwards of 150.00!!! Imagine all the fun new products you could buy with that!!! Remember that “one scrappers left overs are another scrappers treasures.”

Thanks to all those who CROPPED and or SHOPPED for a Cure with us this past Saturday! It was a GREAT day full of fun, laughs and memories! Come by the store and check out the wall of altered BRAS that our croppers created!! You can vote on your favourite one!!! We gave away lots of prizes including a huge gift basket of PINK PRODUCTS to Maureen H! Congratulations!! We also have a scrapbook of pages the croppers created in memory of loved ones who have battled this dreaded disease! We will be presenting our cheque this week to a representative from the CIBC RUN FOR THE CURE! We still have a few of their great “Cook for the Cure” cookbooks as well as Car Magnets to support the cause! Drop by and pick one up today!! Watch for pictures coming soon too!!!!

Hey, don’t forget tomorrow is our CROP FOR A CURE! While it is too late to come and crop, you can see help us support the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation by coming in to SHOP FOR A CURE! We will be donating 10% of our day’s sales to the CBCF. We have a special incentive….a chance for you to win a beautiful PINK gift basket filled with PINK scrapbooking products. This basket is worth over $100.00!!! For every $10.00 in sales tomorrow, you will get a ballot into the draw. So..please…come and help us make a difference in the fight against breast cancer!!!

Effective this week we will be closing Friday nights at 5:30 pm UNLESS there is a CROP NIGHT going on in which case we will be open until 9:00pm. Crop nights are noted on our website for your convenience.
On Saturdays we will now be open until 4pm instead of 2pm.

We are launching our 2nd D.I.Y. (Do It Yourself Kit) this week! This is a 2 page layout featuring the summer line from Bo Bunny in cool blues and greens! October Crop Nights at Scrapbooks and Smiles!
Just a quick note to let you know this Friday the 10th is our first Pizza and Pop crop for October! Join us from 6 pm until midnight for lots of scrappin’ fun! Your $15.00 fee includes pizza and pop and you save 10% on all regular priced purchases during the crop!
We will be having another crop on Friday the 17th as well! Come out for one or both! This is the perfect time to get caught up on your albums! You have access to all of our tools and diecutting machines plus a computer for journalling!
